they mail the results to you and your school usually gets a copy and puts the grades on your transcripts.

They will mail you the result to the mailing address you told them. You can also check your result of http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/scores.html or call their number.

They will be posted either to yourself or the place were you took the exam.
