yankee stadium for a game, bronx zoo, china town, south street seaport, empire state building, natural histroy and art expos. see link below for endless fun.
My personal favorite is the Commedy Cellar( http://www.comedycellar.com/ ) alot of bars to eat and drink before and after. its 3 blocks from NYU

Right now I'm in the Yahoo Answers Brain in Times Square. Its a pretty amazing sight.

then you must visit Little Italy during the day/early evening for dinner and then take a walk over to the Village for nightlife!
