when im sleeping, i get this scary stuff that happens to me for a few seconds. i wake up, but i feel paralysed and i can't move one bit.and i can't shout out either. then i feel something either touching or breathing on my neck. it's really scary and it happens frequently. after about 20 seconds, i come back to reality.and this morning, the same thing happened, only when i was fully awake, i felt my self being pulled back into the dream and my eyes forcing themselves shut.it was scary cus i saw myself lying on the bed but i could see the scenery of my dream blending in with reality.

plz don't ask me if im on drugs.im a fit and physically healthy 14 year old girl and my sugar level isn't high either.

it's actually sleep paralysis and night terror combined which the common symptom is hypnagogic hallucination..

you have a sleeping disorder, you need a psychologist or a therapist for that....

tip: clear your mind before you sleep...relax your psyche..

You are having severe night terrors. I've heard they can get extremely violent and also that there are ways that doctors have been able to help in different ways. I, of course, would not condone medication for it though. I've heard some doctors do. I would probably consider either trying some deep meditation, there are places you can go to study how. The only other alternative is to go see a psychiatrist that I know of and they would be able to give you better suggestions.

It is called a night terror. I understand, and have experienced them also. You honestly feel you see someone standing over you, or feel a certain way and it feels as if you are awake, or can see what is going on.

A night terror, also known as sleep terror or pavor nocturnus, is a parasomnia sleep disorder characterized by extreme terror and a temporary inability to regain full consciousness. The subject wakes abruptly from the fourth stage of sleep, with waking usually accompanied by gasping, moaning, or screaming. It is often impossible to fully awaken the person, and after the episode the subject normally settles back to sleep without waking. A night terror can occasionally be recalled by the subject.

I know very little about this, but it seems like you have an outside factor that perhaps you've ignored? Have you told your parents or spoken with a real doctor about this? It seems a bit more than just a dream, or if it is, it's a very intense physical dream. If either is the case, I'd seek some help professional.

hey! the same exact thing happens to me sice i was a kid! now i'm 27. it happens like 3 times a year. last year it was the first time that happened when i was awake. but the other times this thing wakes me up. my mom says i need to pray and it works because this thing goes away after i do it.
and i hate when people say its a nightmare or that im just talking crap. this thing really scares me. there were times that i wanted to run away from home because i thought my house was hunted or something but as an adult now living with my bf in a different country it still happens!

It's sleep paralysis-I've experienced this numerous times since childhood-if you look under my questions that I've asked I ased kinda the same question and you can see what other people said in their answers to me as well. It's really scary. Maybe you should talk to your doctor-I never did but it could help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing sleep paralyisis and the hypnagogic hallucinations that often go with it. I'm not sure if there's much that can be done about it. If you go see your doctor regarding this, he may recommend having a sleep study done.

to tell you the truth i had that expereince before, but not a lot of times. not to be sounding spooky, but the situation is spiritual and what you might need to do is check your relationship with God and do you believe in Christ, the death, burial and the resurrection. by you being so young satan is really trying come after you. so take the time to pray and to read before you do anything else, just to show God who's side you really want to on and not going to lie it is going to be hard but it's fair

It sounds like sleep paralysis, and probably something you should discuss with your doctor.

In the meantime, here's a Wikipedia article if you're interested:
