All the so called easiest ,fastest ways to reduce weight are not the safest! Loosing weight is much difficult than gaining it. Programme of weight loss would depend upon age and other health parameters of the subject, amongst all other things. Crash diet is very bad as it may lead to serious damage of vital organs / systems. With this in mind, it could be said that a person should take up to brisk walking ( to be slowly increased - length of distance and time). Reduce oily intake take more fresh leafy vegetables, green salads, avoid high calory foods like ice-creams, Cream of milk, Chocolates. avoid Tobacco, drinks hard as well as soft drinks prefer tender coconut water and so on. Best Wishes!

OK this is an easy one.. I would try changing my eating habbit and going to the gym regularly.. If your too busy to go to the gym then you can do easy cardio workouts in the office or at home.. You can run anywhere basically and a good jog burns tons of calories.. Try using safe and effective weight loss products.. Try this website for a good source of supplements. www.xyience.com I am in the military and currently in Iraq and I use this stuff in 130 + degree heat.. Just be sure to drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after workout.. To keep from getting cramps alternate the water from hot to cold..

You can hit a variety of different gyms for an often free first week of training to help you get a regiment set up. Then you can ask your doctor for a referral to a nutritionist to help set your short and long term goals for your ideal body weight. A nutritionist will help you set up an effective and satisfying grocery list and tell you what snacks to keep on hand.Working with professionals gives you the maximum benefit int the shortest period of time and with referrals from doctors (who are always happy to promote health) most insurances will pay for this "preventative care"

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine
