This was the answer given to the question about the south park episode. and some other questions, on Al Gore
Just wanted to answer OP's questions. I didn't understand it either, and thought it was a pretty weak episode, but I found this:
Al Gore saying "Serial" or "Cereal" instead of serious.
Al Gore uses the word "serial" in place of "seriously/serious". This is in reference to his gaffe on The Oprah Winfrey Show when he was asked for his favorite "cereal" and his answer was "Oprah", thinking that the "Oprah" show was a serial.
Al Gore saying "exalciore"
The "Excelsior" tag line that Al Gore uses is a nod to the "Godfather of Comics," Stan Lee; the line was his signoff in his "Stan's Soapbox" editorial column in Marvel Comics.
The "Excelsior Hotel" in Little Rock, Arkansas is where Al Gore asked for Bill Clinton to endorse his bid for president in 1988. He didn't get it. It is also the hotel where Clinton allegedly groped Paula Jones. [2]
Al Gore talking about "Man-Bear-Pig"
The hunt for Manbearpig mocks Al Gore's fight for global warming awareness. At the end of the episode, when he says he wants to make a movie starring himself about a subject other than "MBP" (Manbearpig) it refers to the indie movie An Inconvenient Truth, set to open on May 26, 2006. His appeal to the boys can be compared with his attempts at winning youth support through his television network, Current TV.

well he proved him is a baby cries to mama why he can't have his way .lol but i have no idea who the other character is. but i got about a thousand recipes that call for pig so send him over to my house will sharpen a few knives and be waiting for some ribs oops pig to come over
