not necessarily.
However sometimes freedoms must be sacrificed to achieve safety.

I don't think discipline is directly related to freedom in all cases. Discipline is more about self-control and if that means the sacrifice of freedom, than so be it. Maybe it just means freedom of your time (ie: studying) and not a human right or freedom that is written in the constitution. It depends on what you mean.

Discipline is the guideline to freedom to help discover ways to explain and enjoy life.
Discipline is not a set of rules that tell you can do that or this! You must apply, adjust, disregard it to every situation that's required in decisions of every day life.
Freedom is misunderstood as having you think that you have the right to do whatever you want to do and does not have prejudice. To find it you must learn and understand the discipline of all the freedoms in your life, without the knowledge you can never be free to enjoy what life has to offer.
There more thought to this but my freedom to say I am going to enjoy my calls.

No, not at all. in fact those who know discipline know to enjoy their freedom in the right way and not to misuse their freedom. discipline brings in character, a strong character with values and morals, who will use their freedom in the right manner
