cuz their dum and stupid and might as well write their wills before riding the motorcycles without helmets b/c there's no guarantee that they wont get hurt and if they have their wills written, at least there will be no fighting over their belongings between family members.

It's a thing called freedom.There used to be alot more of it in this country.Eventually the government will be taking care of all these little details for us poor stupid souls.Until then some people enjoy the option of exercising their personal rights.But I'm glad to see most of the people who answered this question are going to be happy to have the government make decisions and protect them from themselves in the future.I ride and I wear a helmet by the way.

They believe that helmets make their heads hot. Some other believe that the helmets impair their visions. I used to ride motocycles many years ago, and I assure this is not true. The helmets make the vision beter, diminish the noise, and are comfortable. In my country no one ride without helmets, because the law forbides it.

It's their preference... a dangerous one but their choice.
Plenty of states now require helmets but some folks still ride without.

Beats me; I was around the corner yesterday when Rothlesberger got lit up by grandma in Pittsburgh. It was not a pretty sight.
