If you're wanting the BEST TV, then you'll probably have to spend some money for it. It all depends on what you want that TV to do. Check Consumer Reports.....they evaluate TVs and will give you the best buy, meaning the best TV for your money.

ADDENDUM: I just checked and the TV stuff is not free. Sorry!
