I think it should be voted among the following:
*A responsible and caring parent/hosband/wife/brother or sister/friend.
** A good, responsible and well behaved leader, who during his time/regime their is no much complain about him.
So for * we can have many, but for ** i think there is no one in the present world.
So after all this, it means somebody that will bring joy to you.
