Kind of...But I think it's all a quesion of energy-When one dies what happens to the energy?! If something good happens-you can FEEL it...Places and people have vibes-you know from walking past someone if you really concentrate-you can FEEL what sort of person they are-what their values are ect.....But I also I think we are all one thing. So it' s almost like part of what we are is everywhere-Imagine! Think about how you can really feel someone else's pain-a lot of the time you just know the truth/whats going to happen next/what you should do next
Also it could be that there are lost/hurt souls from trajic events like the Titanic-or even that the event caused so much powerful energy/feelings in so many people that the energy stills exists in today-and so we can still feel it....and that energy lives in the more sensitive of our population, ie KIDS! Don't you remember being more fresh/in tune/perceptive as a child. I do-I feel like the light is fading. Although you can work on it-you can feel and feed energy. There have been many times where I can't see my work colleauge opposite me and I have known he was writing an email about me or thinking about me negatively/the same goes for positive energy-you know when someone truly likes you-or what they truly think of you-we all do.....we only really see what we want to see, but the truth opens doors! Gets you closer to the real good stuff......do you understand?

Of cause one can believe in the past lives if its reflection meet the present situation because what had past can still reflect an inffection to influence the position or reward that will totally committee a suitable way to prosperity or other wise. if one can forget of thinking about the past such fellow will never reach the optimum package of what is going to be, how things happened, what steps to be follow, means such a person have already lack and lose fron expirience.secondly the contribution of past have effect over present generation, for example; the event of forefather had greatly affect alot to this day. ah....ha...ha-aaa-......

Well of course, duh! did you think we were the first people in the world? Did you think we were made yesterday with a complete phoney history and everything?
Oh, wait, someone just told me that you are talking about reincarnation. No, even a cursory mathematical analysis reveals that the population is increasing; therefore there had to have been an origin of personality at one point in time. If it is possible for personalities to multiply, the hypothesis of reincarnation is unnecessary.
Furthermore, if transmigration of souls was possible, nobody would work, everybody would try to be reincarnated into a family that was wealthier or of a higher social class. Belief in such things would cause progress and innovation, industry and technology, education and medicine to come to a standstill (as they did in India, for centuries.)
Moreover, it is pretty well accepted that Jesus did in fact rise from the dead; and he spoke of judgment after death, not reincarnation or transmigration of souls to another earthly life.

Yes, I've regressed a few times into two different past lives and there's no way it was a dream, things were too real, like smells, the feeling of the clothes I wore, being aware that I was a different person.

Yes, I've heard of too many strange things that have happened to people to discount it. When I was about 5 years old I told my family all about the Titanic and who I was - and I have heard of other children who could recall past lives with clarity. I had a Christian minister argue with me one time that past lives are a result of being with God before you are born and seeing things happen here on earth. Though I respect his belief, I can't help but wonder why children never say "I saw that happen" instead of "this is what happened to ME"....? Look at HH the Dalai Lama and his life. http://www.tibet.com/DL/
At the very least, I would rather believe we live on than our lives are over one day and that is all there was to us!

YES and NO.
for YES.
1. Sometime back I saw some features about past life experiences of some individuals in History channel. It is hard to believe that those experiences are wrong and channel is telling lie.
2. Past life doesn't mean by keeping "ego" to carry forward. It can be some genes and quality which got carry forward through sons/daughters to the extend of more precise qualitative identity of some grand parents.
3. Physics agrees, energy or material cannot vanish suddenly. It can only change its form. If our body and various organs are held by an energy called consciousness, that cannot just vanish, it may change or may exist in a form which may look for another body or instrument to fulfil the leftout energy/desire.
for NO.
1. As I told earlier, the present life is not and exact continuation of past life of sure. So, need not have to call it as continuation of past life. Wax can change its form to candle, shapes of flowers, shapes of statues and back to wax also. So, ultimately perception makes how do you want to identify that.
2. Most of us do not come with a clean mind it carries a lot of anxities with it. I know from my son. But, I am not sure that these anxieties are pure carry forwarded energy of his past life. It can be his mother's or it can be mine or his grand parents. The result called my son is not just a creation of his past life it may have some influence, but the maximum is a creation of genes, current experiences and surroundings. Thus, we can say, he is not purely his past. Also present and future(his aspirations).....

No!
The whole "past life" experience concept is complete rubbish in my opinion and is simply a reflection on how dissatisfied we all are with ourselves and the world around us now!

I believe the Order of Chaos; it says when you die your energy is released and takes on other forms.
Ergo, you could be made up from energy from anything or anyone.
