I believe that Masturbation does indeed improve with age .
When younger you go hell for leather but , as time goes by you learn to take your time and enjoy this time with your self .
The only thing that doesnt change is the clean up after.

Well better is debatable
but you do learn new moves with time like the hand over hand move (male only)
Try it in different places like in public or the shower experiment.
