Chocolate works. Similar to sheep being both plural and singular, but better tasting.

I dont think chocolate ever has a chance to gather that large not as long as there are fleets of crowds around....

I think you have to add an article in front to make it collective (i.e. THE chocolates) I think we just just name them a Suite!
