if you think about it maybe they are disabled and they left their brain,compassion,patience, humanity and eyesight at home and have turned into arrogant bastards thus having the disability of not giving a damn for others

Because its closer and the handicaps probbaly need the exercise anyway. Do you know how easy it is to get a handicap plate? You could be missing a finger and get a handicap plate.
