Sounds like you've just hit puberty. Masturbation won't make you loose or ill, so don't worry. he alternative is either sex or abstinance, depending on which way you look at it.
But why would you want to bleach your vagina? It's supposed to be a deep pinky colour, because the veins and capilories are close to the skin there - making it more sensitive.
