If one is using motive as the primary indicator of enemy status, then Bin Laden is certainly one of the enemies to the US.
However, if one considers who has the most potential for harm against America, keep an eye on Bush. No matter what your politics may be, Bush's policies has created a hefty death toll and a real reduction in personal freedoms. As a practical point, I think I'm better advised to watch the President than Bin Laden.

Osama Bin Ladin is the enemy of the entire world,whereas George Bush is just an annoying little man who gets up Osamas nose.Anybody who Osama dislikes,cant be all bad.
