This is a tough one.
Jabbar was the all time leading scorer but he played on a stacked Laker team with Magic and Worthy.
You could make arguments for
Chamberlain (100 pts in a game)
Bill Russell
Walton
Olajowan
Robinson
Ewing
O'Neal
Robinson and Ewing are a bit of a stretch but they along with Olajowan were the best centres in a era dominated by arguably the greatest player ever to play the game.

But...
Bill Russell has 11 titles with Boston
Wilt Chamberlain averaged 50 points a game in 1962 and thirty a game for his career.
I don't know if I'd put Shaq up there, but maybe he is too.

He's up there in the top three.Chamberlain and Russell and Kareem all have arguments to whose the best. That sky hook was amazing to watch.Extremely hard to defend.

I don't think you can "classify" anyone as the best center in the history. Different eras provide different advantages. For example - Wilt was so dominant because he was so much taller than his competition & todays players have the new training technologies. I don't think you can ever justify anyone as the best center or best player ever.

Definitely not...The best center in the league would be the most dominate center in the league And I think that the most dominate center in the league would be either Shaq or Wilt "The Stilt" as records have proved...Stats and actually gameplay tell it all...
