if it means physical growth then I heard it between 18 and 21 years for both sexes. This I heard is due to the expiry of the growth hormones. But for the mental growth, we keep on growing for as long as we live.

A fully grown human is roughly 25, but it changes for everyone.
That is when the growth hormone is no longer active.

Some say 18, some 21.

It depends on your genes, diet and sleep.
I have heard that it is 18 for women and 21 for men, but I don't know if that is fact or myth based.
Either way, my grandparents used to draw a line on a wall every year on our birthdays, so I can say that I have definately not grown since my 15th Birthday (which may explain why I am only 5'3")

They say about 21 but there are people like myself who are still growing and I'm 31. I grew 2 inches last year and my feet went up two sizes, but then again I could be just a freak of nature.

I heard it's 21. Don't know why or how though. I'm from Belfast though and we were all told 'wives tales' as kids so god knows if it's actually true! LOL
