How do I ensure maximum people read my creative writing weblog and attract publishers to my creative writing?

I have a creative writing weblog where I showcase all my fiction short stories and writings on food, heritage, philosophy, self growth and other topics..

yea have to advertise your blog as much as you can...obviously.
make sure that your blog is on the sites listings. people might randomly come across your blog that way.
tell your freinds to visit your blog. when they like it, they'll tell their freinds, and so on.
if you're lucky, and if your work is good, you are likely to find someone who might publish your work.
but just one more thing, patience. rome wasnt built in a day you know.

Read others' blogs and comment. The more you read and comment and give your URL in your sig file, the more you'll get read and commented on. HOWEVER...trust me, from personal experience--you'll get more people reading than commenting. I would suggest you also put up a page counter so you can get the stats. Sitemeter has a free one: http://www.sitemeter.com/. If you blog on Xanga, you'll already have one. But reading and commenting gets you noticed. And do that on blogs that have a high viewership. You'll get some run off from those.
