This is a MID file. Once you get the file if you want to get the notes out of it, then U need a software like Cake Walk.
If you are a pianist with a computer, then I believe you do have this software with you. If U have an Electric Piano which plays Mid, then you can copy this to a Floppy Disk and Play it.
