I’ve seen a couple of years ago on TV about human mating, and it said that “the one” is usually someone who make up for your defects, extremes. Their example was just what you asked, namely that tall people tend to fall in love with shorter ones.
It makes sense, and my girfriend is much shorter too.

usually people wana find balance in life
so hadsom guys fall to not that good lookin girls and the opposite and can be the not very mascular guys liking tom boys its the same with the tall guys and the less in hight girls

not many men wants a girl towering over them... they want to feel superior and them being the taller 1 makes them dominant

i dont think so, actually speaking, they are attracted to each and every female they meet or they see, there is no height discrimination here for them. LOL
