Hello..I will try to give you the exact answer.I also hesitated about getting breast implants and refer for detailed exam and information to one of the best plastical surgeons. The doctress was clear that the new generations of implants are safer and even are supplied with an individual certificate for every patient. They are really safer and for a life, but also as every serious surgery there are plenty of risks.Afetr been implanted you are supposed to experience incomforties at about a month or so,till your body and feeling accept them.It is recommended during this period(1 month) you to wear a special breast bra and belt..The further check-ups are not frequent, let's say for your security you may visit a specialist every 6 months.Good luck!

Breast implants being safe has alot to do with your body. If your body will accept them if your body will not. How well you recover and if you can handle and take care of them.
If you are serious about breast implants, I would consult with the cosmetic surgeon about getting the breast implants in through your belly button. They use this tool that makes its way through each one of your breast pockets and puts the implant in and then they pumps up the implant. All through the bellybutton. You'll have no scaring only in your navel. You won't have to deal with bandages and cleaning your wounds. Since you have a child it will be easier for you since your taking care of him/her. The only way people will know you have the implants is because your bust is bigger and not from scars.

Well, I am against anything unnatural like that. It is kinda stupid anyway, in my opinion. Something could go wrong when they have surgery. I just look at it this way, is a pair of bigger breasts really worth the pain for pleasure of a man?? It's not like you get any use out of the implants.

och! i would not recomend u to go for breast implants, they are risky.and results vary from person to person.if u want to lift your breast or give extra volume there are lots of exercises for it. u can get desired results.first try out exercising-go to a physiotherapist or a gym instructor,if things don't workout here then may be u can consider implants.

nothing safer than salt water. And you only have follow ups the first 6 months. Then normal breast exams for your age group.

Breast Implants and surgery is very safe today.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including breast enhancement procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amoun she was quoted in USA.hope this helps.

Nothing is safe to stuff in your chest.
Be happy the way you are because if anything goes bad you will lose the whole breast...
Not worth the risk.

all procedure, get better with time.
However NO operation is without risk.
A lady friend of mine got an infection which required they re-open.
Implants are most likely for life... however it's possible they may have to be redone... due to scar tissue or problems with the appliance.
