i m 26......and my bust are very small........like 14yrs girl.........and its stop growing now.........plz can u tell me..........how can i get normal size bust.....without surgery

You can't alter the size, but you can alter the apparent size with push-up bras and exercise to strengthen the pectoral muscles (at top of chest, above each breast, where arm joins chest). The exercise makes a big different in how much they stick out!
Better than all of this, love yourself as you are. You can run easily and you're less likely to get back problems and you sleep on your front more easily!

At 26 it would be expected that your breast growth have reached their peak. Although there is no medical problem with having smaller sized breasts, they tend to cause a lot of insecurity in women because we have been brainwashed by culture (usually men) to believe that big is sexy.
I wouldnt advise surgery, my advice to you is that you stand in front of the mirror and look at your breasts and appreciate them. Feel good about them, feel proud about them because they are yours and no one else's. When you begin to fall in love with their shape and size you wouldnt want them changed for anything in the world...then they become sexy. Big is not always better. Most high fashion models who we wish to look and dress like in fact MUST have small boobs to get into the lime light - Lucky you!
Celebrate yourself, dont change yourself.

You don't need to change who you are. there are a lot of men that like women with smaller chest sizes.
I do, and the reson why is:
When a woman hits 40 her boobs hit her belly button. Now just how sexy is that. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH
Small breasts stay were they are supposed to be...

try this exercise..
hand in the middle of your chest and fling them outwards shouting,,,
"i must, i must, i must improve my bust" 20 times a day for 6 months..
i do the male version..."hickory dickory dock..."

May be you should try to take some medicines and try to perform some exercices that will help you in bringing your boobs out ...

there is nothing you can do about small breast personly i like them small just be happy with what you got
