It wont make any difference...
At the time u'll stop taking that pills ( AS EXCESS IN EVERYTHING IS BAD) u'll gain more weight then the previous one. Because it is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy difficult to change the eating habbits.
The most effective way is to cosume more calories then that of you are having in a day.
Go on jogging, do some exercise, n yeah choose a game like Swimming, Football etc and be consistent in your routine.

JUST CLOSE YOUR MOUTH, STOP EATING, EAT LITTLE LITTLE QUANTITIES DISTRIBUTED IN 5 OR 6 TIMES IN THE DAY, DONT EAT FATS, GREASY THINGS, LITTLE MEAT, MORE FISH, NO BREAD, NO SWEETY THINGS, NO FRIED THINGS, NO ALCOHOL, ,,,EXERSICES AND DIET MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A DOCTOR U MUST GO TO A GOOD DOCTOR FIRST, DONT TAKE ANY OF THOSE TRASH FAKE DIETS OF THE MAGAZINES , TV, OR GO TO THOSE SLIM CENTERS, GO TO A REAL DOCTOR, MAKE A CHECK AND START A GOOD DIET BALNACED AND EXERCISES, BUT DONT DESPERATE, U HAVE TO GO LITTLE BY LITTLE, DONT STARVE THAT S WORSE, BUT STOP EATING BIG QUANTITIES PLZ, HOPE U GET BETTER, BE PATIENT.

tablets are the worst things you could take..
slim fast, jenny craig, and other things similiar to taht are scams and dangerous to you health...

jenny craig works i guess.. u might lose weight but u will also spend alot of money
stuff like slimfast does not provide all the nutrients the body needs plus they are also processed...

exercise ... walk daily.... eat healthier..

There is No magic pill I'm afraid,
& anyway they're more trouble than they're worth for your over-weight body.

Good old fashioned way's best.
Diet, exercise & rewarding for dieting with anything but food, works.

i was formally fat.......i had the same problem & i said the same thing.......try to not take tablets.......i know it's hard but try doing light exercises at home & keeping a close watch of what you eat.........but whatever you do, don't starve yourself.......trust me it works

i lost 40 pounds in a year with exercise.. you have to bust your *** to have results. its not easy but it works in the end... ok i admit it was pure hell bro.
