it depends what your really asking here :D. Stuck up as tight?.. well its mostly culture thing. They were raised to be in a family like environment. Its hard for them to accept stranger in their circle of frinds.
The "other" tight is biological explenation...its too long to be explained.

I've come to the conclusion, Asians mature slower then other races. I have no sources to prove this a fact, but it's a possibility.
