Definitely natural beauty, i mean would you want to wake up with someone who looked completely different without make-up? i know i wouldn't, i think changing yourself to suit other people, or to make people think that they look better is very shallow. You should be proud of what you have got, after all its part of you! I mean i like to wear make-up but i only wear mascara and a bit of blusher. A lot of guy's prefer natural looking women for long term relationships. A lady/guy who is constantly worrying about their appearance is a total turn off.

Depends if you look like a pig to start with.
Fake boobs lets be honest look fake (unless you are stupid) but some face lifts look great- it depends or the person or the particular problem they have.
If people have natural beauty, then of course don't mess with it ,but not everyone is that blessed.

Hi. Most certainly 100% natural of course. Who wants to be seen out with something that is half human half cheap market stall doll? can you honestly imagine in your worst Freddy Kruger-like nightmares what a couple of 40FF would look like on a 75 year old? and a face lift god forbid! We are talking double chin and jowls somewhere on top of head and nipples in between big toe. NATURAL PURLEEEEEEES!

Natural beauty every time, unless of course the person is unfortunate to have a birth defect or require cosmetic surgery as a result of an illness or accident.

Natural!! The farther from real a girl gets (including large ammounts of makeup) the less and less I am attracted to her. I want to know her and like her for who/ what she is, not what her money can buy her.
