i lost a beautiful response to maryilyn on account of tose pop ups i just erased 10 more of the damn things now how please inthe name of GOD do i get rid of all popups for free idid not ask for them to begin with now ui spend more time erasing them . PS. yeah its really a lot of fun when your down loading and you cant walk away for a sercond!HELP!!!

IE 6.0 and above
To disable Popups
Tools - Popup blocker - turn off popup blocker
To enable Popups
Tools - Popup blocker - turn on popup blocker
You can use popup blocker settings to allow some sites to generate popups.

My, my, you are in a state - almost incoherent. But I do commiserate with you -- I get perplexed, too, over computer problems. I'm having one right now which I'm trying to formulate a coherent question to you all as soon as I can cut through all the fussing and fuming.

the yahoo toolbar works for me, there's only a couple that have gotten through that this year and I download all the time
