Very Possible, however, instead of a translator, I just use Google translate !

It depends on your definition of the Net. You might try looking at big corporations. If they have offices in several countries, people may need email or messaging sessions translated for collabrative work. Whether you could specialize in this sort of translation as opposed to more traditional translation work is a different question...
