Russian makes me hot, but a German woman I know of only gets excited when she hears an American speak English.

it's not exactly sexier since its a language, its more fluidic than most since our language is a melting pot of many different types. Most have stuck to their cultures language and made few adaptations. They become so proficient at it that those such as the french, make it sound like it can just roll off the tongue.
The american language has been choppy for some time now, we have combined pig latin to french to who knows what else into our language and tried to make up for what would couldn't figure out. I'm waiting for the day they say it's time to correct the english language.

It's because they're different. Just as different accents can sometimes sound nicer than our own, but to others our accents are lovely. And who's to say that your tongue may sound sexier to a Russian than another Russian tongue.

Easy one.....different, exotic....unusual.... A foregin tounge usually means a different culture a different wordview and a break from our daily reality.
