ya..i can help u..
for aluminiun..there is the hall heroult process.
for iron they use the blast surface..using CO tht oxidises Fe.
for sulphur..there is frasch process.
for more detail..check out the "metals and non metals" chapter of chemistry ncert book class 10th.cbse.
