so there are 10 hundereds in a thousand
and for calculating the number of hundereds in some more thousand, multiply each number with 100. for examply to calucate number of hundereds in 25000 will be 250 x 100 = 25000.

well if its a math question then answer is 10 but if its not then there is NO "hundreds" in "thousands" but they got few common letters such as h, u, d, s ;-)
