It is fast and convenient, but too high in calories for the most part, unless you make yourself look like a fanatic by SPECIAL ordering everything. It can prepare much more nutritious food at home for much less $$$.

Unfortunately because you don't make it yourself and therefore can't control the ingredients, it is just so bad for you. Too much fat, preservatives, additives and colourings. If you can find the time (and I agree that can be a hassle), the benefits of shopping and preparing your own meals can not only control weight, but give your general health and wellbeing a huge boost too. Even cutting down on how many take away meals per week can make a difference.

I like it. Ok it may be unhealthy for you but all take away food like pizza, kebabs and chinese all taste so good and its nice to eat once in awhile and not cook all the time. Gives the wife a night away from the cooker.

Eating healthy is a wise and great choise but come on this is food - one has to spoil themselves from time to time with fast food otherwise you're depriving yourself. Eating vegetables, grilled meat, brown bread and so forth gets boring tog. Nothing wrong with eating fast food just don't overindulge.
Keep healthy.

its a good concept the reason being if one is in a hurry he can just pick up his meal direclty and leave without wasting much of his time and for the restaurants its also beneficial because the number of food ordered for home delivery is also reduced.

I would be seriously pissed if someone were to take away my food, especially if it was a gravy sandwich.

its better to cook or make your own food. Its cheaper too but sometimes you need fast food and do not have much time to cook.
