O my! They say cut it off, put something on it and let the physicians to cut if. What morbid thought? Do not worry. It will fall off all by itself.

A stick has never cured anything, but your not suppose to pop ANYTHING on your body. not even zits. Most things are contagious in the liquid form.
You better tell your Dad and go to the doctor. And showing it to the school nurse will not make things better.
