Yeh, I think duality is the word you're looking for. what it means is that in everything in life there is a balance of energies. the masculine and feminine energies exist in ever person to some extent like it may be 80% masculine and 20% feminine or vice versa. All males have some level of feminine energy and females masculine energy. It doesnt make you any more or less male or female. However by knowing more about your personal balance, it can be used to better understand yourself.
