My answer is YES and it happens as a natural process also. Nature also does a censor by itself. It reveals more to the seeker step by step and doesn't reveal everything all of a sudden to make him mad.

Can we reveal to the seeker? Yes...do that....but not to the non-seeker. An infant doesn't seek sex, so porn or nudity of adults need not have to be revealed to an infant. You can call it censor. This very process of censor is part of his growing up. Knowledge also should go step by step. A child/person cannot learn calculus without having the basic knowledge of addition and subtraction. If the person starts studying calculus first, it will be fun to watch...mental make up of an individual should be capable to know higher knowledge one after another.......till let calculus be cencored.

Moreover, if a group of people are going to be wild/violent on certain belief system they have, that particular society can stop the show for sometime till that society gets matured to look at the opposite point also.

A matured well groomed person doesn't require a filter imposed by the government or society. He got his filter in place and know how to walk through the middle of a rope with great alertness. I am not sure of even myself here......I just know this as a hypothysies.

We cannot expect the same from soceity. Its maturity level may be different.

But, the question which I cannot answer is....WHO WILL DO THE CENSORSHIP for a society a bunch of jokers called politicians?

Leave it to the forces present now to decided the further evolution of the argument on cencorship

Not if the education of the individuals in society is good enough to teach them wisdom, common sense, acceptance and constructive criticism. I believe if this could be then i could say $hit and f*ck and put naughty pics up here and it would be seen but the negative impact on others would be removed and if i was educated like that i wouldn't be inclined to do that anyway. Teach philosophy in schools then! Show people not how to be good by removing the bad but WHY to be good and not choosing the bad.

You know what?...I have wondered myself about that for years now...I mean...Kids have learned more and more at earlier ages than what we did...So why censor things?...It's all part of life and our kids are going to be exposed to it anyways when we are not there...Now the V-chip can help people out but what's the use?...If you see other people doing it then you are going to want to try it out aren't you?...That is what I see kids doing these days...You may or not be referring to kids here but it is the same with all ages, I think...I'm just a kid myself but I have grown to learn many things by watching other people do it...Ok, so I was not referring to sex there...But seriously...If you watch and learn that parental guidance needed stuff or listen to it...However you do things...Then you are bound to do it or not do it...Whatever the person is trying to sell to you to get you to do...Smoking-Nonsmoking...Sex-Nonsex...Drugs-Nondrugs...It's all the same here...A part of life...If you are going to be sheltered now what about later when you are on your own?...Who's sheltering you then?...You are going to try and do things on your own...At least that is what I think...I have done things I have been sheltered from...But that was only because I was a kid...I was stubborn and I always watched other people...That is just the way the world learns things...I was not trying to sound mean if you are thinking that...LOL...Here it is in short...It is all part of life and you will find out about it on your own later on anyways...No, censorship is not really needed...
