I had a rare ectopic pregnancy. The fetus was almost 9 weeks and had implanted in a previous c-section scar. I was advised to terminate the pregnancy with Methotrexate. They claimed it was the best way to save my uterus and keep it from rupturing. The dead fetus is still implanted in my uterus 6 months later. Has anyone ever had something like this and survived and went on to have a successful pregnancy?

Hi There
Well all i can tell you is that my daughter had exactly the same problem as you are having, she had the fetus removed and all this was done when she was only 20yrs old, thay did tell her that she might find it hard to conceive or that she might never conceive ever again but i am please to say that she is now 28 and the proud mother of a 3yr old daughter who is perfect in everyway and now she is thinking of trying with her husband for another baby as she wants a son.
Hope this helps you darling but dont ever give up hope on anything and that comes from a very experienced woman who has been to hell and back, because i nearly gave up hope regards my own complaint.
