You have no wayout. Once it started it cannot stops.
Just feed your mind mith more information and then, try to put it out writing, talking, drawing. Search for more difficult obstacles or dogmas to study about it and your mind will be filled.

Try to keep your mind under control orelse it will controls you. find right focus and give it to your mid. You must try to dominate it. Do not let sparse ideas draw you in too many possibilities or frustrations.

Try to keep cool, because many things are unfair and people are not razonable and there is nothing that you can do. Find right batles.

You are bless by this gift. Use it wisely. Do not lose yourself within the mailstream

If you've got something playing on your mind and you are finding it difficult to relax a solution I find helpful is to give your brain something else to work on, something innocuous. It could be going through the alphabet thinking of a place or person's name for each letter.
Another trick is to try and remember a list of items - say what you would pack for a trip to Alpha Centauri - try going through the alphabet again. If you want to do something more useful try learning something by rote - a poem; the books of the Bible; the Greek alphabet.
Alternatively choose three or four digits at random (use the time perhaps i.e. 13:35) and use each of the digits in a simple sum to make each of the numbers from 1 to 10. For example 3+3=6, 6-5=1, 1x1=1.
Actually it doesn't really matter what you do as long as it is something that takes over your thinking and, this is important, doesn't really matter to you i.e doesn't add to your stress.
I hope this helps and that I've understood your question correctly.

Hit yourself in the head with a 2 by 4. That ought to stop the thinking process for a while.

Oh, you are just ADHD and can think and mull over lots of things at once. That's great isn't it, except for when you have to sleep. If you are naturally like that, a cup of coffee will slow you down.

There is no such thing as thinking too much. Thinking is good for you. When trained, it requires less effort, is more efficient, works better longer, and doesn’t
tire as quickly

Make something funny, or in the moment you know you will think to much, relax yourself, dancing, listening to the music, or singing by your self.

It is actually great to think above and beyond, it means you have a creative sense of lifestyle, and that you have a broad imagination.
