Hey Sholay was too good. Who wudn't like that movie. The dialogues in the movie were legendary and are still in use.

Heard some body is remaking Sholay. He better do it nice.

Whoever like a good movie. It was like "Gone with the Wind" or "Good Bad and the Ugly" of Bollywood. Like the "Mother India" it was a turning point in Indian movie industry. I still admire the makers.

It has gr8 dialogues tht evn the present generation like to watch the movie, since v have been seeing all its dialogues used as joke!
"Ab goli kha..."

And Hema Malini ws too good as Basanti, i dont think anyone in the bollywood industry cud top her in tht dialogue.

did u hear the dialogue "chal dhanno aaj basanti ki ijjat ka sawaal hai"
and dhanno replies "tujhe apni padi hai bhenchot mere peeche thakur ke dus dus ghode pade hai uska kya"

Yes,I LOVE the movie.and specially bcoz of jay and veeru paji.
and it was my favorate movie before the release of RANG THE BASANTI

my fav dialogue from that film
sholay is unquestionably the best film indian cinema has ever produced casting most successful actor AB, most successful villian AK, ms actress..... etc.

I really liked it.....but do you know it was copied from two American movies....One of the bollywood masterpieces is not an original one
