I've tried lots of things: excercising daily, sometimes running. I've tried not masturbating, because that makes my boobs swell. But nothing seems to work very well to make me lose my bust.

It's not a matter of acceptance. If you had sandbags on your chest, you would NOT think that way either. It's positively a hindrance, which is why I'm interested in decreasing my size. I am not on the pill.

I do wear a minimizer bra, but even sometimes that doesn't work for me.

Yeah,...if it's genetic...I don't think you can do anything else other than surgery, though. I agree that loosing weight will decrease a bit of the size, too...but it will be minimal in that case. The not masturbating part is funny....- wonderful!

Uh, not masturbating isn't going to do a thing but build up your sexual frustration... Plus, the swelling is just temporary.

Just keep exercising and eating right to lose weight. Don't starve yourself and just exercise... you'll end up gaining weight faster than you ever have.

run and swim like a mad man and also try dieting only health food and eat with your less dominant hand! Lots of chest exercises will tighten the area and make it look smaller! Good Luck!

You could try changing the type of bra that you wear. A lot of bras these days are designed to help push up and make your breasts look larger, after all.

exercising is the best way to reduce them without surgery. But may need to just accept whatever size you are, if you're not willing to have surgery.

It depends on how big they are. If they are naturally big (DD)then surgery is your only solution. Try dieting and losing weight...and if you are on the pill..chances are that is what is keeping it the size it is.
