Don't think you can but you can improve your future through learning. Try a course that will allow you to start your own business and then build on that. One day you may be in a position where your past won't matter anymore....As long as you keep your nose clean.

Depends on what you were convicted of. There are some new programs in the state of Illinois in cooperation with some unions.. the IBEW comes to mind, that will assist in expunging your record for employment purposes. I would recommend contacting local unions and your states Department of Labor for assistance. Good Luck.

I would say you can not erase what has happened. You just have to hope people will give you a chance and after years and time your good work record will show you have changed. We all have to go through things even those with no felony, by proving our good work record.

The only way I know of is to petition the court to have the conviction expunged. Different states have different laws pertaining to what can be expunged. Some convictions, particularly violent felonies, cannot by law be expunged, as well as certain theft convictions. If it is an expungable offense, it is still up to the judge.

You have to petition the court and it depends on the type of felony and the specific state.

To get a good idea of how it is done, you can look at the rules for the state of Utah:
