Tina's answer was about Illinois Insitute of Technology(IIT). I think you are talking about Indian Institute of Technology(IIT).
IIT Roorkee offers MCA course. Previously admissions to this course were done through AIMCET. But, 2005 onwards it's through JAM (Joint Admission Test to M.Sc).

IGNOU's MCA has latest syllabus, which is required for current IT market, IGNOU's MCA is approved by AICTE too.
