i don't know.. maybe because it's easy to do so? but it's very bad thing to do. I've never could understand such behavior and I've been always trying not to do so,becayse first we have to get to know each other to be able to say sth about the person. still.. judging ppl is bad thing.. the world would be much better place if ppl stop judging the other, but I guiess it's impossible to happen, because we're only humans..

First impressions...if you walk up to someone and say Hi I'm so and so...I'm an a$$hole..that person is going to think you are...however, actions speak louder than words so unless you prove me wrong I'm going to think you are just that. In this day and age most people are take them as you see them reiterating what you just said all in all, we ALL know you can't judge a book by it's cover.

Most of the time it's just the classic case of ignorance and for those people, usually, there is no hope, and therefore they are not anyone you would want to be around anyway, they are shallow and very superficial however entertaining if you like talking to rocks.

Because it is easy. It may be hard to think about, it may be hard to think of that as the reason, but it is. It is just so hard to give people a chance. So you should be different. Don't judge people before you know them, give them a chance.

Because people judge others by region, religion, caste, country, color, sex and certainly sizes. Is it not enough for the common man to judge common people? Who has time to know more?

That's the way this world works. Everyone is quick to point the finger of blame because they feel it makes them superior that they exposed someone's wrongdoings.

This quote expresses my feelings on this topic the best: "You are quick to see the speck of dust in your brother's eye, but you fail to see the log in your own". Take it how you want it, but that is my perception on the world and how people judge one another.

It just happens. Our brains just draw in all the available data relating to experience (sight, scent).... it's always better not to like someone at first and then find great qualities in him/her rather than vice versa!
