there's definitely a taboo associated with it, as you will notice from other posters' answers.
i guess it depends on where you see this going... if you intend to pursue a relationship with her, it may be legal or illegal depending on where you live. even if it is legal, expect people to talk and stare and speculate about your future two-headed children. if you don't intend any sort of relationship, keep the contact purely familial. maybe you're a kissy family, fine. but if you're feeling sexually aroused it might be wise to back off.
incidentally, there is a couple in my town who are married with children, and they are also first cousins (their dads are brothers). their kids are fine, there is actually enough genetic variation among cousins to keep genetic problems at bay MOST OF THE TIME. however, this couple has caught hell from neighbors, other family members, etc. people generally aren't fond of the idea, and will speak their minds on it. making such a relationship work requires more than love, it requires very thick skin.

There are two issues. The first is morality, which is mostly influenced by public opinion. If most people think something is bad, then it becomes immoral. If you don't care about what other people think, then you can chuck morality out the window and let your conscience be your guide, so to speak. The second is legality.
Legally, most states allow second cousins (but not first cousins, ie, your parents' sibling's children) to marry, but many people still consider that incest and don't approve. Sexual relations between persons closely related (usually the immediate family) is illegal in most western countries.
If you plan on pursuing the relationship and consider having sex with your cousin, read on, because you will want to use protection (which you should be doing anyway) because of the higher chance of genetic defects should a pregnancy result.
The reason for this higher incident of genetic defects is a concept known as "the closeness of genes". Your DNA is pretty similar to your cousins'. If you impregnate a cousin, many of the same chromosomes are transferred to the embryo. If your family line includes a defective copy of a gene, there is a higher chance that the offspring will inherit two defective copies. This can result in birth defects. This is why hemophilia is prevalent in the royal lines of Europe.

Think of it this way. Would you kiss your mother the way you kissed your cousin? If not, then yes that is bad! If you would, then obviously there was no passion in the kiss. It was a simple greeting. However, since you are asking about it with concern, I assume that you see it as something more passionate. If this is the case, you may want to think about that situation. Incest is against the law. Even if it was not against the law it is still gross!!

If you kiss your cousin with malase it is really bad but if that kiss is to show your respect it is fine since in today's gereration kissing in the lips on the family member is very okey as long as it doesnt have any bad intention...

If she's already married or engaged to someone, the it is bad. If she likes U or even plans to have long-term relationship with U, then ENJOY BLISS.

Depends if you feel anything for her more then a family member, if it was a one off thing. then you shouldn't feel bad but, in other peoples eyes it might seem bad.

It is not bad, if that girl has accepted it, without grumbling and with a smile.
