Wrong, since true human expression consists of the partaking of the arts. Whether it be paint, sculpture, music, dance, etc. which is sadly lacking nowadays in schools and other institutions whether because of financial cuts or other perversions which sooner or later erode and degrade the very fabric of our existence because the soul cannot exist for long without human expression.

i usually find that kids highly involved in that sort of thing either drop it by middle school, or become extremely good students and talented. Alot depends on parents support.
people inolved in the area, say that kids who participate in creative things have higher math and science scores than other kids.
