I'm not asking because I would like to, by any means. I'm just wondering if it's actually illegal, because I've heard a lot of accusations about seduction over the Internet. Yet, the only thing I have read in the penal code to be illegal in most states is actual physical contact (that would be statutory rape, etc.) And, I am asking about the United States.

Hey pervert... try having sex with people who are your age. Maybe you are just too creepy to attract a mate.

I guess your dates prefer candy instead of flowers, followed by a ride in your van.
