Hand foot is harder because the nerve development in the foot isn't near as complex as the hand, and it also requires the coordinatoin of the leg muscles.

id have to say eye foot coordination because of the mumerous tricks and skills that come along with it. with hand ey, its just catching and throwing a ball. its not that hard

biological answer: eye foot because it takes longer for the nerve synapses (electrical signals) to reach down to your feet so it would in turn take more time to develop this skill.

common sense answer: eye foot again because using your eyes and hands together in accomplishing things is an everyday task for most people.
