Whenever I move my right arm, especially for lifting, I feel a pain under my right breast. It has been going on for at least a month and is becoming stronger. I cannot feel a lump and the breast is not enlarged. I have been having my yearly mammograms which always came out fine, although I think the area I am feeling the pain would not show on a mammogram.

I have this same pain from a pulled muscle and bruised rib. Can take weeks to heal. But if you have a lump, you need to see a doctor and if you can feel it, most likely it would show up on the mammo.

you should talk to a doctor. It might just be a growing pain, or a pulled muscle.
