Take some Benadryl for Children. Sounds crazy, but it will knock you out in like 20 minutes. I have to take a whole cap to go to sleep every night.

There are a few ways:
1) Drinking a glass of cold milk. Sometimes it helps.
2) Establish a regular sleeping habit. Make it a point to sleep at the same time everyday.
3) Do not stress or worry yourself before you go to sleep. Adrenalin does impair your sleeping pattern.
4) Take melatonin. it is not a magic bullet, but it helps to relax you and put you to sleep.
5) If all else fails, do go and see your doctor. You may have a sleeping disorder. At least you get a prescription to get you to sleep.

if you don't have any medical conditions it's probably that you body does not uses much energy during the day, in other words be more active during the day the more tire your body is the easier it will be to go to sleep and make sure to turn of the TV, if being active during the day does not work try working out two hours before you got bed so your body will be tire if that does not work then go to a doctor and ask for medication. Some people just don't do anything the whole day and they have store energy you have make your body want to rest.

I do. I take some pills for my heart condition. Many times I can`t fall asleep so I have some tricks:
- for 5min I breathe intensively like I`m running. It will give you a headache and you ill feel tired;
- try oga meditation; If you cant sleep it means your brain doesnt produce enough melatonyn
a sleeping hormone.Don't take sleeping pills.

I had this problem a few months ago. My father is a doctor. He suggested me not to sleep during afternoons, drink a glass of milk before going to bed, take a bath before sleeping, before sleeping forget all tensions
AND FORGODSAKE DON'T TAKE ANY SLEEPING PILLS.
GOODLUCK!
