You mustn't worry about your nipples being hard. It is perfectly normal for a young male of your age. A little exercise and time will approve things.

When its warm, they are soft, put sum ice and they will toughen up.
Being hard isnt actually being normal. Nipples harden according to the surrounding weather.

first of all, it's ok to have soft nipples for a guy.
if you want to have hard nips anyway. I found this worked for me although I didn't know this was going to happen.
My girlfriend used to tease my nips by pinching them and pulling on them. She used to pinch them so hard that they'd stay erect for days afterwards. WHen she tied me up, she used to put nasty clothespins on my nips to make me squirm.
Now my nips are almost ALWAYS hard and you can see them when i'm wearing a t shirt.

It is OK... If you want your nipples hard, go to the gym and get some exercise...

hmm never had that problem, but a nipple piercing did make me have a constantly erect nipple, give it a go!
