Yea. Tons. Back in our country, the Philippines, there's a lot of cold-blooded politicians who dont care if hundreds of thousands of Filipinos are getting hungrier by the day because of poverty. As soon as they see the opportunity to steal from the pork barrel, they will do so.
I dont know which kind of mutation in history brought these kinds of being.

Some people have, but not me. I hear about them on coast to coast a.m. on A.m. or x.m. radio. they see them all the time. Have You seen them?
