The greatest unanswered questions that fall under the category of philosophy will remain unanswered in a forum such as this one simply because the biggest questions asked in the history of human thought are still being debated to this very day. Some examples of these types of questions are:

1.) What is the definition of human identity?
2.) Are we governed by free will or determinism?
3.) How do you know you are here?\
4.) What is truth?
5.) What is justice?
6.) What is morality?
7.) How can we prove that waht we believe is the truth?
8.) What is art or beauty?
9.) What is an idea?
10.) How do we know anything?

Good luck.

Most of the questions so far posed by answerers do have legitimate, realistic, logical and reasonable answers, however they are almost always theological or theroretical, therefore proof is improbable. my submission as the biggest question of all time is not highly technical, going into quantum physics theories and postulations; it is not existential, like astrophysics questions regarding the edge of space or time travel; it is not comedic or comical, such as the chicken/egg question; and it is not religious, such as "before God" questions. It does not serve my ego, as this question is not 'the best ever' or 'the first ever' asked question; I am seeking your (the reader's) insight and opinion regarding this topic, and in my experience every answer is different, which is what I want. Should you want to provide opinion, my email is zkyf@yahoo.com and no answer will be disregarded or ignored. So on to the question ...

How can I best experience and most enjoy the process of becoming more aware of my world?

This could also be phrased as ...

What techniques are most effective at improving the quality of every moment of my existence and my appreciation for being aware and awake to reality?

Put simply ...

How do I find and tap neverending ...
Bliss?
Joy?
Happiness?
Jubilation?
Excitement?
Love?
Passion?
...
Energy?

Please Keep email responses short (more than a single sentence, a few paragraphs at most), and those I'm interested in reading more about I will reply with a request for more information. This is not a hoax, joke, advertisement, spam or virus spreading scam. I truly am searching for ANSWERS!

One of these 3:
1.Why, in quantum mechanics do certain sub-atomic particles vibrate on plains of existence which dont seem to exist in our 4 dimensions? If this could be answered properly it would lead to a breakthrough in physics going on to multi-dimensional theory, wormhole research, atomic knowledge(maybe to help invent cold fusion-the holy grail of power supplies). It would be the greatest breakthrough since fire because of what it might lead to in research.
2. What increases the compatability of those in relation to one another? Thats the easiest way of breaking down the CONSTANT question folks ask about relationships, friends, family, themselves even. Its a much asked question in many different ways.
3. The BIG ONE everyone asks-What Is The Meaning Of Life? Under this bracket can be found other sub questions like "Why should i go on living?", "Is there a GOd?" or "Why is there something rather than nothing?". Its the ultimate age old question.

Possibilities:

1)Who am I?
2) Does life have a meaning?
3) Is existence and time infinite?
4) Are we part of a bigger plan?
5) Is it all co-related?
6) Does my every decision, even the smaller ones like putting which foot first, affect existence?
7) why are we so terrified of the unknown?
8) what's beyond eternity... and infinity while we're about it, though that's relatively easier to answer?
9) exactly how powerful is the human mind?
10) exactly how relative is space and time?

11) Will we ever get to know? Will I, as an individual ever have my questions answered? Will humankind... or even intelligence ever find answers to these questions? Or will it remain a mystery forever?

I think, probably, out of these, the first... and the last are the biggest. The first most of all.

I would say who was the participants in the conspiracy to assassinate President Kennedy. I don't think that Lee Harvey Oswald was a lone nut or the magic bullet theory either. I believe several snipers hit him once from behind in the back twice from the front in the throat and head and Conolly was hit twice once from the front and once from the back and the conspiracy was formed by levels of government possibly LBJ, the CIA and the Mob for sinister reasons.
